What is Upskool's Return Policy?

We have a no return policy. Subscription cannot be cancelled and no refunds are made. However, if you have subscribed twice accidentally then we can take up the request to cancel one of the subscription and the refund will be initiated by 7 business days.

Can I return a part of my order?

No, a part of the order cannot be returned.

How long will the return process take?

Once we receive the request with the customer service, it will be verified first, which will take 1-2 business days and 7 days to initiate refund. The receipt will be mailed to the respective email id.

Exception for Accidental Double Subscriptions

In the rare case where a customer has accidentally subscribed twice for the same service, we understand that this may be an error. In such cases:
